Ghafir, 2 Ayah
40:2
تَنزِيلُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡعَلِيمِ ٢
Tanzīlu Al-Kitābi Mina Al-Lahi Al-`Azīzi Al-`Alīmi
The revelation of the Book is from Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
