At Tawbah, 10 Ayah
9:10
لَا يَرۡقُبُونَ فِي مُؤۡمِنٍ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ ١٠
Lā Yarqubūna Fī Mu'uminin 'Illāan Wa Lā Dhimmatan ۚ Wa 'Ūlā'ika Humu Al-Mu`tadūna
They do not observe toward a believer any pact of kinship or covenant of protection. And it is they who are the transgressors.
