ذِي قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِي ٱلۡعَرۡشِ مَكِينٖ ٢٠

Dhī Qūwatin `Inda Dhī Al-`Arshi Makīnin

[Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position],
