Al Fajr, 5 Ayah

89:5

هَلۡ فِي ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمٞ لِّذِي حِجۡرٍ ٥

Hal Fī Dhālika Qasamun Lidhī Ĥijrin

Is there [not] in [all] that an oath [sufficient] for one of perception?
