Al Baqarah, 18 Ayah

2:18

صُمُّۢ بُكۡمٌ عُمۡيٞ فَهُمۡ لَا يَرۡجِعُونَ ١٨

Şummun Bukmun `Umyun Fahum Lā Yarji`ūna

Deaf, dumb and blind - so they will not return [to the right path].
